3RVX: Skinnable Beautiful Volume Indicator For Windows 7

If you are bored with the tiny Windows volume notification icon in the notification area, here is a fancy tool that you will love for sure. 3RVX is a skinnable volume notification/control application for Windows 7 and Vista.

The tool adds some useful features to the volume control system such as hotkeys to control volume. You can make the tool run on Windows startup and can also hide the volume icon in system tray. You can set the volume icon display position on your monitor by launching the 3RVX settings dialog box. On top that, it allows you set fade delay and fade speed.

The tool features eight beautiful skins which can be found under Skin chooser tab by launching Settings box. We must mention that all skins are awesome and you will love this tool.

By default, when you create an image backup of your CD or DVD, Nero Burning ROM saves the image in .NRG format. As many of the free CD/DVD burning software don’t support NRG file system, you have to convert the NRG image to the standard ISO file format before burning it to a CD/DVD.

After adding a bunch of new themes to the Windows 7 themes gallery, Microsoft has recently refreshed the desktop background gallery with a few fresh wallpapers.
We can see several new wallpapers in the gallery, including Dreamy Meadow, Fakarava Atoll, and some other art desktop backgrounds. All wallpapers are available as a free download in 1920 x 1200 resolution.
If you have downloaded recently released themes, you need not to download all these new wallpapers as most of them have been sourced from recently released themes.
