Tweaking and tuning Windows may take enough amount of time if you are not familiar with the Windows settings. Although tweaking Windows is not a tough task, it’s not always easy to do that as it seems. This is where tweaking utilities come onto the scene.
XP Tweaks Unlocked is a free tweaking utility to access all hidden settings in Windows XP and Vista. With XP Tweaks Unlocked one can access over 75 hidden Windows settings and tune them with ease. As you can see, it has a no-frills interface but who cares as long as it works fine, right?
Tweaks are available in five different categories: General, Services, IExplorer, Windows Media Player and Usability.

In Windows 7, changing a theme (themepack) is very simple even for a novice user. So, if you are sharing your user account with your family members or friends, you might want to prevent others from changing your favorite theme.
