If you wish to create your own fully customized Start Orb for your Windows 7, here is a great application for you. Start Orb Creator is an excellent utility for Windows 7 to create Start Orb with a few clicks.
The tool also lets you add drop shadow and outer glow to the Start Orb. Other than that you can also add and manage Start Orbs easily. We have tested this tool on Windows 7 x86 but it should work fine on x64 as well.
