Google Picasa is one of the most popular free image editing tools available today. Google has released the Picasa 3.5 recently, and is ready to download.
The new version comes with integrated Google Maps, and name tags to photos that uses facial recognition technology.
Apart from that, you can now star your favorites, upload to Picasa Web Albums and share with Google contact groups at the same time.
