As expected Microsoft released the first beta of Office 2010 today and is ready to download via TechNet and MSDN. The latest version of Microsoft Office comes with several new features and enhancements.
Major updates to the Office 2010 from previous versions:

Weather Center is an awesome application to view the current weather conditions in a jiffy. The tool displays the current temperature in the system tray area and is fully customizable.
Upon running the tool for the first time, you will be given an opportunity to to setup the tool by entering your current location.
