How To Restore Recycle Bin In Windows 7
Windows users often complain about missing Recycle Bin from desktop. Although users can’t easily delete Recycle Bin icon from desktop just like any other shortcut icon, you or some viruses might have disabled it!
If you are not sure how to restore Recycle Bin icon in Windows 7 desktop, just follow the simple steps mentioned below.
1. Right-click on desktop and select Personalize.
2. In the left pane, click Change desktop icons to open Desktop icons settings box.
3. Now, select Recycle Bin under Desktop icons section and click Apply.
4. You are done! Recycle Bin icon should appear on your desktop.

And if the Recycle Bin option is unavailable in Desktop icons settings box, you need to enable it via Windows Registry by following the steps given below:
1. Download Restore Recycle Bin Registry file.
2. Right-click on the file and then select Open.
3. Click Yes for the prompt.
4. Now click Ok. Reboot your machine to see Recycle Bin on your Desktop. Note that this will also enable Recycle Bin option in Desktop icon settings box.
5. Done!
