Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) Final Coming Today

Contrary to reports, Microsoft is not releasing its Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) final in October. It’s coming today, September 29.
According to DownloadSquad, Microsoft’s MSE will be available to users in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States from today itself.
You can head over Microsoft Security Essentials home page (not available yet) to grab the final version of free security suite for your Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

With default settings, Windows 7 allows you move a window only by clicking on the title bar of the window. If you are new to the title bar word, it’s the top most part of a window. The title bar displays the name of the document or program that you are working on.
In Windows, we need to point the mouse pointer on the title bar of a window and then need to drag it to move. As we can only use the title bar area, here is a tiny tool that allows you move
