Complete System Tuneup is a free optimization tool for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Although this utility comes with limited set of tools, it should suffice your basic needs. It contains start-up manager, start menu cleaner and system cleaner.
Using system cleaner you will be able to clean temporary system files, temporary internet files, internet history, Windows registry MRU entries, thumbnail cache, Internet Cookies, recycle bin, recent items list, and Windows error reporting files.
