With default settings, Windows 7 allows you move a window only by clicking on the title bar of the window. If you are new to the title bar word, it’s the top most part of a window. The title bar displays the name of the document or program that you are working on.
In Windows, we need to point the mouse pointer on the title bar of a window and then need to drag it to move. As we can only use the title bar area, here is a tiny tool that allows you move
