In the past, we covered transparent Command Prompt and Notepad for Windows. Here is yet another Windows tool with full transparent background.
Solo-Dev at the Deviantart has created a Calculator with transparent background for Windows 7 and Vista. Although this is not an advanced Calculator like the default one, it does come with all the basic features that you find in a Calculator.
